Kaitlynn Hines who goes by “Kait” is a Houston native and a mother of 2 lovely daughters. Kait has been living in San Antonio for 7 years where she have been back and forth to Houston.
Kait first career was being a hairstylist and currently a salon owner of SimplyKait Braiding & Weaving LLC. She always had a passion for motivating others and helping them. Kait discovered the love for real estate when she “wholesaled” a property July 2021 that was destroyed by Hurricane Harvey. After she completed the deal immediately wanted to further her career and gained her real estate license January 2023. Kait does work in the San Antonio and Houston area.
